Cider Vinegar

Vinegar has been made and used by people for thousands of years. Traces of it have been found in Egyptian urns dating from around 3000 BC.

We believe we are the only cider vinegar producer in Northern Ireland.
The idea came about because of Helen's involvement in horses. Cider vinegar is an ancient remedy used in the horse world – added to the horse’s feed, it is said to maintain supple joints. We give it to our own horses, add a drop to the dogs’ water bowl and take a spoonful a day ourselves mixed with AJ apple juice!

It’s also great in salad dressings or for making pickles and relishes, and is the base of many tried and trusted recipes for cleaning and curing ailments.
So if an apple a day keeps the doctor away, then taking Cider Vinegar ought to do the trick as well!

Our Cider Vinegar is natural and contains 'mother' This means it has enzymes and minerals that other commercial vinegars may not have due to over-processing, over-heating and filtration.

Cider Vinegar is available in 500ml glass bottles, as well as in 5, 10 and 20 litre jerry cans for agricultural purposes.
