Armagh cider company will be exhibiting at the Abbey Centre for the month of December.

Come along and sample our range of award winning products. We will be situated in the artisan food village beside BHS.

We will also have products from Erin Grove Preserves and Eleanor Craigs Fudge - everything for the perfect gift for foodies!!

Honeyhill Hot Apple Punch is now available from Armagh Cider Company. Just in time to warm up those little cold hands on Halloween!

Available in 750ml Glass Bottles or can be provided in 2.5/5/10 Litre containers, ideal for family parties.

THE YFCU’s Agri Affairs Group is hosting an evening visit to Armagh Cider Company on Tuesday 2nd November 2010 at 8pm for YFCU members.

Armagh Cider Company has won many worldwide acclaimed awards for their crisp and mellow cider. Their product range comprises of apple juices, ciders and cider vinegar and all products are completely natural with no artificial ingredients.

The visit will give young farmers the chance to view the manufacturing process as well as the opportunity to sample the products.

The results of the International Cider Challenge 2010 are in. This is the first year of the competition organised by Drinks International. It attracted over a hundred entries, which were blind tested by a panel of cider experts.

Cider was entered from all over the world including Czech Republic, US, South Africa and Canada

Carsons Crisp Armagh Cider won a Bronze award for Tasting and a Gold Award for Packaging and Design.

Maddens Mellow Armagh Cider won a Silver award for Tasting and a Silver Award for Packaging and Design.

Add these to the 2 Gold Stars that we won for our 'AJ Apple Juice' in the Great Taste Awards, and we truely are going for gold!

The much awaited stockist page is now live on the website. This will be updated on a regular basis as and when new stockists arise, so be sure to check back frequently to find your nearest store.

The recipe page which was also launched today, are all recipes tried and trusted by the Troughton family through the generations. These will be updated with new recipes. Why not try the baby back ribs this weekend on the BBQ - that is if the weather holds out!

Armagh Cider Company are pleased to announce that 'AJ' apple juice is now better than ever. Picking up 2** Gold at the coveted Great Taste Awards!

Of all the UK’s food award schemes, the Great Taste Awards, organised by the Guild of Fine Food is the most important. Completely independent and uncompromisingly rigorous, it is trusted by retailers, buyers and consumers. Great Taste is to speciality food and drink what Michelin is to fine dining.

Over 6000 products were judged over an intense two-month period. Before gold is awarded, a minimum of eight experts, often 16 taste, discuss and agree. For two- or three-stars, up to 20 judges must unanimously agree an entry has achieved absolute perfection. Over 350 experts including key buyers, retailers, chefs and food writers blind tasted entries to ensure they are fairly and independently assessed. Every entry starts with 25 points and marks are deducted when faults are identified and constructive feedback offers suggestions to the producers how entries could be improved.

Of the 6017 products entered, 1026 received one star awards, 457 received two star awards, with 97 receiving three star awards!

Armagh Cider Company will be exhibiting at the Irish Game Fair and Country Lifestyle Festival at Shanes Castle, Antrim. This event runs from the 26th to 27th of June 2010 and we can be found in the Fine Food and Drink Pavillion. See http://www.irishgamefair.com/ for more information.

Today saw the new Armagh Cider Company website launched.

We hope you enjoy its new look designed to fit in with the rebranding of our cider 'Carsons Crisp' - formerly 'Carsons' and the development of our new cider - 'Maddens Mellow'.

New to the website is the 'News' section, where you can keep up to date with all the latest information and products from Armagh Cider Company.

Sections still to be developed include recipes and stockists.
